This contract and guidance have been developed by the Sessional GPs Committee utilising the existing salaried GP model contract as a basis. Current terms of employment for salaried GPs in Out of Hours are often extremely varied and using this contract will standardise their terms, and bring them in line with the rest of the NHS.
